How do I book an appointment?
You can book online anytime through our website or call the salon directly during business hours. We recommend booking in advance, especially for colour services or appointments with senior stylists.

Do you accept walk-ins?
While we try our best to accommodate walk-ins, we strongly recommend booking ahead to ensure availability—especially during evenings and weekends.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Please call us if you need to make changes.

Do you offer consultations?
Yes. We offer complimentary consultations for colour, styling, bridal, and extensions. It's the perfect way to ensure you’re booked for the right service.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit, and cash. Gratuities can be paid in cash or added to your card.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
We ask that you come to your appointment solo to maintain a calm and focused environment—especially for colour services and treatments.

Do you sell products in-salon?
Yes! We carry a curated selection of premium haircare products, including our very own SOMA line, created by Kroma’s founder, Stephanie Karellas.

Where are you located?
We have two locations: one in King City and one in Nobleton. You can choose the location that’s most convenient for you when booking online.

Do you do bridal and event styling?

Is there parking available?
Yes! Both of our locations offer convenient parking nearby. More details will be provided in your booking confirmation email.
