These appointments are customized just for you!

Your time is precious, so is ours. Let’s help each other make the most of it by following our policies:

• We require a credit card to reserve any visits with us.
• A minimum of 48-hour notice is needed to cancel or reschedule any appointment(s).
• Cancellation’s via e-mail outside our business hours will be deemed to have been received the next business day and will fall under our cancellation policy.
• Appointments canceled within less than 24 hrs will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked.
• Missed appointments will be charged the full cost 100% of the service booked.
• Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) may need to be rescheduled and will fall under our cancellation policy.

*Please specify if you have extremely curly or long hair so time is appropriately allotted for all services.
