  • We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May–October in Toronto & the GTA). Prime Saturday dates book quickly.

  • Yes — we offer on-location bridal styling across Toronto, King City, Nobleton, Vaughan, and surrounding GTA areas. Travel fees apply based on distance and start time. Please note, a minimum of four individuals is required for on-location services.

    • Bridal Hair: 90 minutes

    • Bridal Makeup: 90 minutes

    • Bridesmaids Hair: 60 minutes

    • Bridesmaids Makeup: 60 minutes

    • Mother of Bride Hair: 60 minutes

    • Mother of Bride Makeup: 60 minutes

    • Flower girls hair: 45-60 minutes

    These times may vary. We build a customized morning timeline so everything runs smoothly.

  • Yes, it is mandatory as a part of our commitment to a seamless & enjoyable experience.

    Your trial ensures:

    • The style complements your dress and face shape

    • The look holds for your hair type

    • You feel 100% confident walking down the aisle

    Trials are typically scheduled 1–3 months before your wedding.

  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving! You’ll be assigned a lovely bridal specialist that works with us in house at Kroma Salon.

  • Upon purchase and consultation, absolutely! We love working with hair extensions and the beautiful enhancement they bring to a bride’s overall look.

    Please note: We can custom order extensions tailored specifically to your desired length and goals.

  • Absolutely! For larger parties, we may bring an additional stylist(s) to ensure everyone is ready on time.

  • Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received.
